La Cité 7 in Mirabel is a major new condo project, with 112 built units, located near exit 23 of the Laurentian Highway and just a few minutes from Faubourg Boisbriand. Everything was created to enhance its residents’ quality of life, including the unit design and layout of recreational areas.
