Our history
Brothers Guy and Luc Lacourse join forces to launch Constructions Lacourse. Their main niche: rental housing of all kinds to meet the critical need for housing. The company also specializes in the construction of single-family homes, townhouses and semi-detached houses.
Thanks to their skilled teams and well-established network of contacts, Constructions Lacourse now has over 2000 doors, mainly in the Lanaudière region but also in Laval and Blainville.
Danam Construction was founded and quickly made a name for itself with its solid, experienced team and the quality of its new condos for sale or rent.
With its innovative system and unique construction techniques, Danam Construction now has over 2,000 doors built to its credit.
The long-standing friendship between Guy Lacourse (Constructions Lacourse) and Fred Dankoff (Danam Construction) became a natural alliance with the creation of Danam Lacourse. Thanks to their close ties and mutual knowledge of the sector, they are investing in real estate development with an innovative vision of property management.
Their goal: to alleviate the housing shortage in targeted areas by offering quality units and comprehensive on-site services. To date, over 600 units have been built and occupied, and over 1,200 units are under lease management. Several projects are under development.
