Inauguration of the Central Pavilion at QUARTIER 7
Residents have been eagerly awaiting this moment: the inauguration of the Central Pavilion at Quartier 7 in Mascouche is now official!
It was with a sense of curiosity and wonder that the Quartier 7 community experienced this gathering pavilion for the very first time, surrounded by the enchanting colours of fall.
A central pavilion with many functions
QUARTIER 7’s new central pavilion is located very close to the outdoor swimming pool and was thoughtfully designed to support community living.
True to the spirit of QUARTIER 7, the pavilion is designed to bring people together and encourage a strong sense of community. It includes a lounge area with a pool table and a kitchen for hosting. Residents wil be able to gather there for special occasions or simply to connect with neighbours. They will also be able to make reservations to hold private family events.
The central pavilion also includes a fully equipped fitness and yoga room to support residents’ health and well-being. These modern, fully furnished spaces are available free of charge to all members of the QUARTIER 7 community, making it easy to stay active and feel your best.
This multifunctional pavilion’s opening is of great importance to the Danam Lacourse team, which has managed the QUARTIER 7 complex since its very beginnings. This central building is open to all residents. It embodies the company’s vision of creating tightly knit communities, which makes QUARTIER 7 one of the most dynamic and popular rental condo projects in Mascouche and the surrounding area.
Phases 6 and 8 will soon be available at QUARTIER 7
The construction of QUARTIER 7 phases 6 and 8 is progressing well. In total, two more buildings will be added to phases 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7, which are already in place.
Each unit will be constructed using the best materials for unparalleled comfort, including superior soundproofing, abundant windows, upscale finishes, quartz countertops, a large walk-in closet, a large balcony and 5 brand-new appliances!
