Danam Lacourse takes over management of M3 Condos
Following a management agreement that ran from 2018 to 2022, Danam Lacourse announces that it is taking over the administration and maintenance of M3 Condos in Mirabel, with the clear intent of providing residents with an exceptional quality of life.
A return to basics with a unifying vision
Danam Lacourse was born from the natural alliance between Danam Construction, and Constructions Lacourse, and was predestined to take over management of M3 Condos. The complex, built by Danam Construction, was in search of a new manager. Danam Lacourse quickly emerged as the natural choice.
The Danam Lacourse team has a proactive, unifying vision to bring renewed vitality to the complex. This was inspired by the QUARTIER 7 project in Mascouche where the company was able to foster a great sense of community spirit.
Residents of M3 Condos in Mirabel will have access to monthly activities, a multifunctional pavilion and common interest clubs. Also, local merchants will provide discounts, special offers and exclusive shopping activities to promote buying local.
Ultimately, this renewal will foster connection, good neighbourly relations, and long-term resident integration — all fundamental values for Danam Lacourse.
24/7 on-site management and upcoming projects
Danam Lacourse will provide on-site management 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure residents’ well-being and peace of mind.
Residents can rely on a building manager that is available at all times, whether to answer a question or to quickly solve a problem.
In addition to providing day-to-day management of the complex, the Danam Lacourse team is considering various projects at M3 Condos, beginning with exterior redevelopment.
