As the holidays approach—when storefronts glow and homes fill with warmth—some families face the season with uncertainty. For them, a full meal or a festive Christmas isn’t always guaranteed.
It’s in this spirit of solidarity that Gestion Danam Lacourse rallies its residential communities each year around an essential initiative: The Guignolée.
A Donation Box that Changes Lives
Starting November 1st, a donation box for the Guignolée is placed in the common areas of the QUARTIER 7, and M3 residential projects.
Accessible to all residents, it quickly becomes a gathering point. Each week, it’s emptied, sorted, and filled again—a tangible sign of the generosity that flows through the community.
Non-perishable food items, hygiene products, monetary donations—every contribution matters. Together, these small acts make it possible to prepare food baskets for families going through difficult times.
An Outstanding Collective Effort
It’s not the walls of a building that make a community, it’s the people who live there. And the residential projects developed by Gestion Danam Lacourse are a perfect example. At both QUARTIER 7 and M3, residents answer the call of the Guignolée each year with remarkable generosity. Parents, young families, retirees… everyone joins in with heartfelt enthusiasm.
Thanks to this collective effort, around fifty Christmas baskets are prepared every year. Each one is more than just food, it’s a spark of hope, a gesture of care, a touch of joy in the lives of those facing uncertainty.

For several years now, The Guignolée has become an annual tradition across the residential communities of Gestion Danam Lacourse. It continues to grow thanks to the genuine involvement of residents who always show up.
