Our history
Brothers Guy and Luc Lacourse join forces to launch Constructions Lacourse. Their main niche: rental housing of all kinds to meet the critical need for housing. The company also specializes in the construction of single-family homes, townhouses and semi-detached houses.
Thanks to their skilled teams and well-established network of contacts, Constructions Lacourse now has over 2000 doors, mainly in the Lanaudière region but also in Laval and Blainville.
Danam Construction is founded and quickly makes a name for itself with its solid, experienced team and the quality of its new condos for sale or rent.
With its innovative system and unique construction techniques, Danam Construction has now built over 2,000 units.
Danam Construction continues its development with a visionary approach to real estate and rental management. Quartier 7 Mascouche: The official launch. A momentous groundbreaking ceremony is held for our very first all-inclusive rental condo project in Mascouche. Quartier 7 sets the tone for a new turnkey lifestyle that is both modern and vibrant.
June: Official opening of Quartier 7 Mascouche.
The very first residents settle into their new living spaces. Valued at over $170M, this major rental project offers a fulfilling living experience including heated outdoor pools, a gym, lounges, indoor parking, an on-site manager, high-speed Internet, 5 appliances, air conditioning and much more.
Phase 7 of Quartier 7 Mascouche under construction. The construction crew is hard at work to complete the 10-storey building for Phase 7. Cold weather doesn’t slow them down. The team keeps working diligently without ever getting behind schedule. Scheduled delivery: July 2022.
Luxxcité – Last phase complete.
The final touches are made to Luxxcité, with a total of 316 condos spread over 19 4- to 5-storey buildings. A resounding success. We couldn’t be more proud!
Full management of M3 Mirabel.
Gestion Danam Lacourse becomes the official manager of all administrative and maintenance activities for this 326-unit rental complex. Our team is on site 24/7 working hard to create a sense of community, offer local services and bring to life a vibrant, human and safe living environment.
New rental condo project in Mascouche: VÏ Condos locatifs Mascouche. Launch of a brand new residential complex comprised of 164 rental condos in Mascouche. Scheduled delivery: end of summer 2024.
Sale to Skyline Group
Sale of a 106-unit building to the reputable Skyline Group. Since its creation, this partnership has seen the sale of 504 units, for a total value of nearly $160M.
March 3, 2024 – Opening of the VÏ Mascouche rental office
The brand new rental office officially starts its operations. The first residents are expected to move in during the winter.
Summer 2024: Completion of Quartier 7
The construction phase of the complex is officially complete, including 732 rental condos and over 20,000 sq. ft. of commercial space.
Fall 2024 – New projects are in store
The arrival of the first residents at VÏ Condos Locatifs Mascouche is planned for December.
Unveiling of an all-new rental condo project in Terrebonne: VÏ Condos locatifs – Terrebonne, located in the reputable Urbanova development. Our second VÏ complex, with occupancy scheduled for summer 2026.
Construction work for VÏ Condos Locatifs Terrebonne begins in March 2025. More wonderful projects are coming soon!
