Residents have been awaiting this unveiling with great enthusiasm – QUARTIER 7’s

The QUARTIER 7 community beheld this new pavilion for the first time; it was an event filled with curiosity and wonder that took place within an enchanting autumnal setting.

A central pavilion with many functions

QUARTIER 7’s new central pavilion is located very close to the outdoor swimming pool and was designed to be a welcoming, modern place expressly designed to foster a great social life for the residents.

Like QUARTIER 7, the pavilion is a great place to host gatherings and fosters good neighbourliness. It includes a lounge area with a pool table and a kitchen for entertaining. Residents can meet there for special occasions or simply to chat with neighbours. They will also be able to make reservations to hold private family events.

The central pavilion also features an exercise and yoga room to enhance the residents’ health and well-being. These fully-furnished, modern spaces will help you keep in shape, and they’re completely free of charge for members of the QUARTIER 7 community.

This multifunctional pavilion’s opening is of great importance to the Danam Lacourse team, which has managed the QUARTIER 7 complex since its very beginnings. This central building is open to all residents. It embodies the company’s vision of creating tightly knit communities, which makes QUARTIER 7 one of the most dynamic and popular rental condo projects in Mascouche and the surrounding area.

The construction of QUARTIER 7 phases 6 and 8 is progressing well. In total, two more buildings will be added to phases 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7, which are already in place.
